A few things you may be wondering.

Approved customers pay per rental. Individual pieces are priced by tier: The Classics (from $45/day), The Icon (from $60/day), and The Statement (from $88/day). A minimum rental window of three days applies. All pricing is subject to change and final pricing is confirmed at checkout.

Regular membership is $160 annually. Every first-year member is on the Founders List: the membership fee is waived for one year from acceptance, so nothing is due for membership today. The first annual charge date is disclosed during onboarding, and the membership then renews annually until canceled. Rental credit does not accrue during the waived year and begins only after the first successful annual membership payment. Rentals are charged separately.

Contact the lumelle concierge promptly. The rental terms and the loss-and-damage disclosure accepted for your reservation control. We will document the incident, explain the relevant terms, and escalate it for review when needed. Any use of a saved payment method for confirmed loss, non-return, or damage requires documented review and is limited to the replacement value disclosed for the reservation.

Each piece is cleaned and inspected between rentals. The care process and condition expectations are documented before checkout.

Your prepaid return must be accepted and scanned by the carrier by close of business on the final rental date. A return first scanned later may incur additional late charges under the Rental Terms.

Available dates and delivery timing are shown before checkout. The concierge will not invent or promise an exact arrival time that has not been confirmed for your reservation.

The Privacy Policy explains what lumelle collects, why it is used, and when service providers process information for payments, identity verification, shipping, communications, and platform operations. lumelle does not store raw payment-card data. Privacy requests and deletion rights may be subject to legal and operational exceptions described in that policy.

Select lumelle-owned pieces display a purchase price, with additional inventory ready to ship. You can register interest and our team will follow up to confirm availability and timing. If a purchase is confirmed, shipping takes three to four weeks. Registering interest does not create a sale or reserve the piece.
